Do I need to install an app?
No, neither to order nor to receive a card. Everything works in the browser.
Which phones are compatible?
Most recent smartphones read NFC. Any other phone reaches the same destination through the QR printed on the card.
What if NFC does not work?
Every card also carries a backup QR that leads to exactly the same destination: scanning it is enough.
How are price and delivery confirmed?
The price is fixed and displayed on each product. After your order, Karti contacts you to confirm details and delivery before production.
Can I change my card after receiving it?
Yes. The destination behind your card stays editable without replacing the physical object.
